Altadis U.S.A. Announces Trinidad x Tommy Bahama Island Collection

Altadis U.S.A. is partnering with Tommy Bahama for a co-branded Trinidad cigar.

The new Trinidad x Tommy Bahama Island Collection is yet another AJ Fernandez-made cigar from Altadis U.S.A., which sells the non-Cuban Trinidad brand in the U.S. t is made entirely of Nicaraguan tobacco grown by Abdel Fernández. The Trinidad x Tommy Bahama Island Collection will be offered in three vitolas:

• Trinidad x Tommy Bahama Island Collection Harbor (5 x 52) — $16.50 (Box of 20, $330)
• Trinidad x Tommy Bahama Island Collection Breeze (6 x 54) — $17.50 (Box of 20, $350)
• Trinidad x Tommy Bahama Island Collection Marlin (6 x 60) — $18.50 (Box of 20, $370)

The Tommy Bahama brand is no stranger to cigars. Around a decade ago, Island Lifestyle Importers—a separate company—sold Tommy Bahama-branded cigar accessories, though its license did not extend to cigars themselves. Island Lifestyle worked on this porject and is epected to release cigar accessories to match the brand.

The Island Collection is a tribute to shared values and an invitation to enjoy the premium cigar lifestyle in a luxurious new way.”

Update (July 9, 2025) — Altadis U.S.A. has finally issued a press release. The name has been updated to “Trinidad x Tommy Bahama Island Collection”. The press release was first published by Cigar Aficionado.
