O-Ring: The watertight seal is guaranteed by the O-ring in the lid of the case and the matching groove in the base of the case. Regularly check the O-ring and groove for foreign debris, i.e. sand, dirt, tobacco, etc. The O-ring must be free of tears, cuts and holes to insure a proper seal.

Cleaning: Most spots or marks on the case can be cleaned with soap and water on soft rag or sponge. Do not use any abrasives or brushes.

Storage: Do not keep your Tommy Bahama 610 case in enclosed areas with high temperatures or in proximity to heaters or heat sources. Doing so will void the warranty and may cause damage to the case and its contents.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Tommy Bahama brand cigar cases are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase against breakage and defects in workmanship under normal use according to the operation instructions. Coverage under this warranty does not include normal wear to the finish, scratches to the surfaces or dome labels. Our liability is limited to the case only and not its contents or foam. If a material or workmanship defect arises Island Lifestyle Importers, LLC will replace the case only. Island Lifestyle Importers, LLC cannot be held liable for damages to personal property due to misuse or improper care and maintenance of the case and O-ring seals. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from repair, or attempted repair, by anyone other than official Island Lifestyle Importers, LLC service personnel. The Island Lifestyle Importers, LLC warranty does not, under any circumstance, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the case.

WARRANTY RETURN POLICY

If you believe you have a warranty claim, call for a warranty return authorization number and instructions from Island Lifestyle Importers, LLC Customer Service Department. Upon receipt of the product return, we will notify you of the status and any handling or return postage charges.
