If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to our warehouse within 15 days of receipt of your order for an exchange or refund. Processing a Return may take up to 10 business days upon receiving the returned item. Before returning an item, please contact Customer Service or call (941) 378-3200 to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). It is necessary that any and all returns include the RA# for proper credit and dispensation. Returns must be in the original packaging to receive full credit.

Boxed or bundled cigars will receive a full merchandise credit less shipping charges if you smoke 1 cigar or less and return the remainder. If you smoke 2 or more cigars and return the remainder, a pro-rata credit will be applied less the shipping charges. All returned cigars must be in their original cellophane wrappers and packaging. Five pack returns must be in unopened resalable condition to receive a credit. Cut, clipped, punched or partially smoked cigars are not returnable.

TOMMY BAHAMA CIGAR ACCESSORIES LIMITED WARRANTY

Tommy Bahama accessories are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase against breakage and defects in workmanship under normal use according to the operational instructions. Coverage under this warranty does not include normal wear and tear to the finish, scratches to surfaces or dome labels. Our liability is limited to the product only. The warranty does not, under any circumstance, cover the replacement or cost of any items for which the product was or was not designed to accommodate. If a material or workmanship defect arises Island Lifestyle Importers, LLC will repair or replace said item at their sole discretion. Island Lifestyle Importers, LLC cannot be held liable for damages to personal property due to misuse or improper care and maintenance of the product. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from repair, or attempted repair, by anyone other than official Island Lifestyle Importers, LLC service personnel.

WARRANTY RETURN POLICY

If you believe you have a warranty claim, call for a warranty Return Authorization number (RA#) and instructions from our Customer Service Department. Upon receipt of the product return, we will notify you of the status and any handling or return postage charges.
